Wholesale Requirements for US businesses:

- $150 minimum per order
- California businesses are required to pay tax, unless a valid sales permit is provided.
- Businesses outside of California will not be charged tax, but a valid business sales permit is required.
- For US orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Checks and Money Orders.

Wholesale Requirements for International businesses:

- $350.00 minimum per order
- Orders are shipped via US Postal Service, FedEx or DHL, unless you provide your own carrier.
- The buyer is responsible for all customs charges and taxes.
- For International Orders, we accept only Wire Transfer as the method of payment.

Shipping Methods

US Businesses
Our standard shipping methods are US Priority Mail and FedEx.
Orders can only be shipped to the Billing Address of the credit card.

International Businesses
Our standard shipping methods are USPS Priority Mail International FedEx and DHL.

Estimated Shipping Time

US orders will be shipped the next business day.
International Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.

Refunds & Exchanges

The profit margin on licensed merchandise is very low. Please be careful and considerate when placing your order. We DO NOT accept returns and exchanges. If you are new to this type of business, or need guidance, we'll be happy to offer you free consultation to help you manage your inventory and prevent over/under ordering.

No, at this time we do not have a printed catalog.

How do I find an Item?

(3 ways to look for an item)

  1. At the top of each page, you will find alphabetical links that will allow you to browse our inventory by band or artist.
  2. Search boxes are located on every page of our web site. Type the name of the band or artist that you are looking for and search.
  3. You will also find links to browse categories (T-shirts, Hats, Stickers, Patches, Flags, Ladies' T-shirts and XXL T-shirts) in the left navigation bar of every page.
When you find the band or artist that interests you, click the name to see all the items available from that specific artist. Clicking on the image will provide you with more information about the item, including the availability of the sizes, a detailed image of the product, etc.

What is the availability of an item?

All items listed are available unless noted that it is sold out. Please note that unprocessed orders have not been deducted from our stock, and may not be reflected immediately on our web site. To find out the sizes available for of a particular item, please use the Size drop down menu next to the image of the T-shirt in the Product Detail page.

Do I have to pay taxes?

If you are a California resident, then you must pay the 9.75% Sales Tax. If you reside in any other state, no tax will be charged to your order. California businesses may provide a valid Sales License. After verifying your sales license, we will not charge tax on all your orders.

International Orders

You are responsible for all taxes and duty fees in your country.

How long does it take to receive an order?

US Order are shipped via FedEx Ground and will take approximately 3-5 business days to receive.

International Orders are shipped via USPS International and will take 7-10 business days to receive.

Are your T-shirts original and authentic?

Yes, we deal directly with licensed companies only.

Is your web site secure?

During transmission of information by you to our website, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We will not reveal your credit card number when confirming an order, but we have to transmit the credit card number to the credit card processing company during the order process.

After any transactions is complete, we delete the credit card from our database.
